1. Our client, after signing the contract, has the complete responsibility for the state of the car.
  2. Upon receiving the car, our agency will check the car. The car will have to be in the same condition as when rented to the client.
  3. Driver: Minimum age of 21 years for a car.
  4. Driver’s License: The Driver is required to have and display a valid Driver’s License issued at least two years ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Driver’s License along with their regular Driver’s License.
  5. Traffic Violations – Fines: Traffic violations and fines are the responsibility of the Renter.
  6. Means of Payment: The Renter is required to present a valid Credit Card or Debit Card, even if the payment is made by cash. The Rental is prepaid.
  7. In case of cancellation:
    1. From 21 days or more prior to the arrival of the client, the deposit is returned to the client (any transfer expenses are paid by the client).
    2. For less than 21 days, the client must pay half the price of the total days that will be canceled.
  8. Additional Driver: The first driver is free of charge. The second is €5/day. If it is hidden, the fine is €100.
  9. Fuel: The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as upon collection. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the fuel difference. No refund will be given for vehicles returned with more fuel than initially provided.
  10. Accident: In case of an accident, the Renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and present the Police Accident Report to the station. In case of an accident caused by the Renter, they will be charged with €30 as an administrative fee.
  11. Insurance:
    1. Insurance against third parties for material damages and bodily injuries.
    2. Bodily injuries and material damages arising from the driver’s fault are not covered by the insurance.
    3. The vehicles are insured with CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance. This insurance minimizes the cost the renter has to pay in case of an incident.
    4. If any damage occurs, the renter must pay up to €500 + VAT. If the cost of the damage is higher, the insurance company will cover the rest, provided there is no violation of the Traffic Regulation.
    5. Damages to tires, rims, and the undercarriage are not covered by any insurance, regardless of car type.
    6. Insurance is not available for travel on ferries/boats, theft insurance, or personal belongings.
  12. Road Assistance: Road assistance due to vehicle malfunction during working hours is free.
  13. This vehicle is strictly prohibited without written authorization:
    1. Exiting Greek borders.
    2. Being ferried.
